1970s: Our Beginning

Our founding partner, Mauricio Safdié started his career at Banco Cidade in São Paulo, where he worked for 10 years, leaving as Head of Treasury
1980s-1990s: Moving to Geneva
​
Mauricio Safdié moved to Geneva in 1987 to develop Safdié Bank, becoming later Head of Safdié Bank’s Asset Management, as Partner and Member of Executive Committee
2000s: Developing Safdié Bank

Working alongside his brother Alberto Safdié, CEO and President of the Executive Committee at Safdié Bank, the bank reached over USD 7 billion in assets under management
